My Story

 

Before becoming a Nutritionist in 2015, I worked in both the music and fitness industries. I had always had an awareness and appreciation for food and how vital it is for our wellbeing, but it was in 2013 when I was overseas singing in the Middle East that I knew I wanted to turn this awareness and appreciation into a living.​

Working in group fitness and as a singer required me to be at my best physically and mentally- all of the time. I completely burnt my voice, mind and body out, but with the use of food as medicine, herbs, and maintaining a regular yoga practice, I am was able to bounce back and now can proudly say I am getting the most out of my life. This is the quality of life I aspire to give my clients.

I enjoy working with a wide range of conditions, but have a special interest in mental health, sports nutrition and hormonal balancing.

​

I am also a qualified yoga teacher and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) yoga teacher. I work to encorporate yoga and meditation, together with a study in the field of nutrition, naturopathy and aryuveda, into every client's treatment plan.
